System Workflow Architecture
- Truck Arrival: A vehicle arrives at the scale. Its pre-registered RFID tag is instantly scanned by long-range UHF readers.
- Position Verification: Photoelectric sensors verify that the entire vehicle is cleanly on the platform (preventing split-weighing fraud).
- Automated Weighing: The indicator stabilizes, and the software automatically logs the gross weight while triggering IP cameras to capture snapshots of the cargo and license plate.
- Clearance: A receipt is printed (or sent via SMS/Email), the exit boom barrier opens automatically, and the truck departs.
